As of this week, AdjudicatingEurope will host “guest bloggers” among its contributors, with the aim of opening our fore to the richest variety possible of opinions. Although “guest bloggers” will appear by invitation of The Editors, we are also very welcome to receive proposals from those who might be interested in participating in AdjudicatingEurope as our guests. Considering the wide audience that so generously reads our posts on a continuous basis, “guest bloggers” will have the possibility to address and discuss with an ever-growing auditorium.

Our first guest will be Enrico Bonadio, from Abertay University, who will be commenting Miguel Maduro’s Opinion in Google France.

Anybody interested is very welcome to contact The Editors via e-mail at

    Dear Editors,

I was just wondering if you had already read Weiler’s editorial on the latest issue of the European Journal of International Law. Apparently he is going to stand trial in France for criminal libel (for publishing a book review that did not please the author of the book). Anyway, he is calling for support from the academic community. The whole issue is quite surprising, I think, and very well explained in the editorial. Here’s the link in case you find it interesting:

Thanks again for a great blog. Keep it up!
